LPL Financial Conference [Whitefish, MT]

MNW Destinations partnered with Maritz to provide local activities, décor and entertainment when they brought a group from LPL Financial to Whitefish for a 3-day conference.

Receptions: MNW was hired to put together three Montana themed on-site receptions for the group. Flowers and coordinating linens set the mood for three different nights. Welcome to Montana featured wild flowers, beige and bright orange linens and local music. The second night, set in a “woodsy” room, had white flowers and greenery on evergreen linens. The third night was a prelude to autumn with a Mountain Jazz theme created by music from a local trio, fall colored flower arrangements with berry colored linens contrasted with ivory napkins.

Activities: MNW was also hired as a local destination expert to propose two afternoon activities for the group. We of course recommended fly fishing the Flathead River and the Red Bus Tour for Going to the Sun Road in Glacier National Park. MNW organized the logistics including transportation, fishing licenses, activity descriptions for participants, managed arrivals and departures, provided snacks/waters and coordinated with the guides.
